Aug 22, 2012 · McMaster Carr # 2723A2 It's an imperial tool that has the roller flaring tip. Nice 37 degree flares without strain or cracks on stainless. If you are only doing a couple of dozen then there is a cheapy sold by Jeg's or summit that should do the trick. If the master tool does 37 degree plus all those other flare types that would be my choice.

Help with 37 degree flares using Ridgid 375 - RIDGID i would use a tubing cutter with a stainless rated wheel to make a true square cut. if you can get away with it, heat the end of the tubing to soften or anneal it. but remember the tubing will be soft and not hard. lets see what other say as i have 0 experience with flaring stainless. post a photo or 2 of the flare and set up would help. rick.

Running Hard Fuel Line and AN fittings? NastyZ28Dec 18, 2014 · The Mast Cool flare tool is over kill unless you need to do stainless steel or need to make male quick connect fittings like LS fuel rails or Ford fuel rails. Otherwise, a hand flare tool like the Parker will work just fine on the softer metals when you're just flaring the lines.
May 08, 2012 · Try this one from Mcmaster-Carr:part number 2764A14. I haven't use this particular one but it does say its for stainless and titanium. Step 1:Cut the stainless tubing to length and deburr the ends. PUT THE HARDWARE ON THE TUBE! Easy to forget this step you get so excited about flaring the brake line and forget to put the hardware on.
